FAQ
Where are your products made?
For our premium tees, we source the blanks from one of the best cut and sew manufacturers in Los Angeles. All garments are printed and shipped out from Orange County, CA.
Do you ship internationally?
We are currently only shipping within the U.S.A. until further notice.
Where can I find sizing?
You can view our size charts here
How do pre-orders work?
We drop a full collection once a month. Pre-orders typically launch on a Friday, and end the following Monday. Once the pre-order ends, we send the production numbers to our print shop to get manufactured right away. Production time on average takes 2-3 weeks, and we ship everything out within 2-3 business days from when the production order is complete.
Can I edit my order or cancel for a refund?
Pre-order products - If you need to make any changes, please please contact us at info@warugaki.co within 24 hours of purchasing. Past the 24 hour mark, we are unable to edit or cancel orders.
On hand products - These items typically ship next business day, and we do not offer any exchanges or refunds.
In the case that you received the wrong item or size from what you ordered, please e-mail info@warugaki.co and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
If the item you received does not fit to your liking, we are not liable for any refunds or exchanges. We recommend reviewing our size charts carefully before purchasing any products.
How can I keep track of my shipment?
Once your order ships, we provide a USPS tracking number for your reference. Please monitor the tracking progress to ensure that you are available to receive the package once it arrives. We ship packages via USPS First Class or Priority Mail services. Delivery times average from 3-5 business days, depending on location.
My order never arrived and the tracking says “Return to Sender”, what’s going on?
This happens when there is an error in the mailing address, most commonly for missing a unit/apartment number. If we get a return package due to this issue, we will reach out to you for the corrected address, and you will be subject to paying the shipping fee again to receive your order.
USPS lost my package what do I do?
Once USPS picks up the shipment from our fulfillment center, Warugaki is not liable for any lost or damaged packages. It is the customers responsibility to reach out to the shipping company for assistance or to file a claim.
